Crystal and Gemstone Care 🔮

Upon receiving your crystal or gemstone please cleanse it by placing it in direct sunlight for 24 hours. You may also cleanse it by smudging it with sage or palo santo smoke, placing it in a dish of salt, or directly on selenite. Cleansing removes unwanted energy from other people or places, that has connected to your crystal. People will be drawn to touch your crystal or gemstone, you may kindly ask them not to touch. If you do allow someone to touch your stone, please cleanse it again.

After it has been cleansed, you may set an intention so you can effectively direct it’s energy to support your life. I’ll talk more about this topic later.

Every full moon cycle you can recharge your crystal in the moonlight. You don’t have to put it outside if it is not safe to do so, try a windowsill where the moonlight can be seen.

❗Caution: please know that some crystals and gemstone react badly with water. Do your research and be aware if you set them outside, they could get damaged. Also some stones fade in the sunlight.
